Manufacturing Capabilities
One plant, one team: formulation, filling, valving, labelling, quality control and export packing — no third party sitting in the chain you depend on.
Production
Our plant in Zhongshan runs six automated aerosol filling lines. Solvent-based and water-based formulations are filled on separate sequences, with automatic valve crimping and propellant charging, followed by in-line weight and leak checks.
Standard can formats are produced in volume; non-standard can sizes, valve types and actuators are tooled per project when the volume justifies it.
- Automated filling, valve crimping and propellant charging
- Solvent-based, water-based and hybrid formulations
- Standard and custom can formats, valve types and spray patterns
- Line capacity at or above one million cans per year
- Packing lines for shrink wrap, cartons, pallets and shelf-ready units
R&D and the lab
Formulation work is done in-house, which is what makes a custom project possible instead of a catalogue sale. The lab develops and adjusts the formula, then tests it against the performance target agreed in the brief.
- Colour matching to RAL, Pantone or a physical reference sample
- Formulation development: resin systems, pigment loading, solvent balance, additives
- Performance testing: adhesion, drying time, hardness, gloss level, heat exposure
- Corrosion testing for rust preventive and zinc-rich systems
- Compatibility checks with the chosen can, valve and actuator
- Retention samples held per batch for traceability
Quality control and traceability
Quality is controlled at the points where an aerosol can actually fail — raw material, fill weight, crimp, pressure and pattern.
- Incoming raw material inspection before release to production
- In-line checks on fill weight, valve crimp dimensions and propellant pressure
- Spray pattern and atomisation checks against the approved sample
- Leak and pressure testing on the filled can
- Batch records and retention samples that trace a complaint back to a production run
- Photos and video of production and loading on request
Packaging and export handling
An aerosol container is a dangerous goods shipment, so packing is designed for the transport mode rather than for the warehouse shelf alone.
- Shrink-wrapped multipacks, printed cartons and pallet configurations
- Container loading supervision with photographic records
- Documentation prepared per shipment, not retrospectively
- Coordination with your freight forwarder or with ours
What we do not pretend to be
We are an aerosol formulator and filler. We are not a household-name brand, and we do not compete with our own customers on the shelf — the products we fill are sold under your brand or under ours in markets where you do not sell.
Equally, we will tell you when a request is not worth doing: if a target price can only be reached with a formulation that will fail in your climate, we say so instead of shipping a container that comes back.
