OEM & Private Label Aerosol Manufacturing
You bring the market and the brand. We handle the formulation, the filling, the valve, the label and the export documents — your label, your barcode, your price point.
What we manufacture under your brand
We are a formulator and filler of aerosol products, not a trading company. Our 35 reference SKUs cover industrial, automotive and home & DIY categories, and every one of them can be filled, packed and shipped under your own brand.
If your target product is not in the reference range, we develop it: colour matching, solids content, drying speed, adhesion, heat resistance, gloss level and cost target.
- Industrial (17 SKUs): high-temperature coatings, rust converters, zinc-rich rust preventive, dry-film lubricants, electrical insulating varnish, mould release agents, marking paints, anti-slip coatings
- Automotive Care (9 SKUs): wheel paint, underbody coating, engine enamel, bumper and trim paint, chrome effect, clear coat, glow luminescent paint
- Home & DIY (9 SKUs): epoxy floor paint, acrylic and primer ranges, chrome effect, glow-in-the-dark, frosted glass, fabric and rubber coatings
What you control in the project
A private label project fails when the buyer can only pick a catalogue item. These are the variables we hand over to you:
- Formulation — resin system, pigment, solvent blend, performance class
- Can and valve — 400ml standard or custom can size, valve type, actuator, spray pattern
- Propellant and pressure — selected for your climate and transport route
- Label and can livery — your artwork and barcode, printed or shrink-sleeved
- Batch and production coding — lot numbering to your own scheme
- Packaging — shrink wrap, cartons, pallets, shelf-ready display units
How an OEM project runs
The sequence below is the same for a 1,000-can trial and for an annual container program. Exact timing is confirmed in writing per project, because sample rounds and artwork revisions are the two items that move the date.
- 1. Brief — you send the target product, market, quantity and any reference sample or spec sheet
- 2. Quotation — price per can, MOQ, packing and Incoterm, with the formulation options that change the price
- 3. Sample — we produce labelled samples of the agreed formulation for your approval
- 4. Artwork review — label and can print checked against the destination market requirements
- 5. Approved sample sealed — the approved sample becomes the quality reference for production
- 6. Production and in-line QC — fill weight, crimp, spray pattern, leak test, batch records
- 7. Documents and shipment — SDS, TDS, UN1950 dangerous goods paperwork, packing list, loading photos
MOQ, pricing and what changes it
Most private label programs start at 1,000 cans per SKU per colour. Mixed-SKU and container-load orders are quoted individually, so a trial button with a mixed palette is possible.
Four things drive the price per can: the formulation cost (resin and pigment), the can size and valve, the print method used for your label, and the order quantity. We quote them separately so you can see what you are paying for and decide where to trade off.
Standard production lead time is about 20 days from confirmed order and approved sample to goods ready for shipment. Transit time then depends on the destination port and the shipping schedule, and is quoted separately by your forwarder or ours.
- MOQ — 1,000 cans per SKU per colour for most products
- Lead time — about 20 days from confirmed order and approved sample to shipment-ready goods
- Mixed-SKU trials — smaller first shipments quoted individually so you can test several products at once
- Price drivers — formulation, can size and valve, label print method, order quantity
Documents you receive
Aerosol is a Class 2.1 dangerous good. Documentation is part of the product, so it is prepared per SKU and per shipment, not at the end when the container is waiting.
- SDS (GHS format, in the language your market needs)
- TDS with performance data for the approved formulation
- Batch certificate of analysis and retention samples
- UN1950 dangerous goods declaration and transport documents
- Label artwork proof and can livery record
- Packing list, commercial invoice and certificate of origin
